Butler Community College’s search for a new president continued Monday evening during a question and answer time with Dr. Ann Valentine in the Hubbard Welcome Center.
For 106 years the Elks Lodge has celebrated June 14 as Flag Day. The Grand Lodge of the Order of Elks designated the day in 1907 and adopted mandatory observance of the occasion by every lodge in 1911.

Every year, the El Dorado Relay For Life choses an honorary survivor to speak during the survivor and caregiver reception held prior to the Relay.

MSgt. Ralph L. Lilley, Jr. retired from the Kansas Air National Guard after 28 years on June 8.
