- Bark in the Park

- Area residents and their four-legged family members turned out for the 2nd Annual Bark in the Park, a benefit for Alex’s House Dog Rescue, Saturday. Dogs had a chance to run and play in the dog park. There also were some Alex’s House dogs there to see, microchipping available, a silent auction, vendors and a K9 police dog demonstration. There were contests for the dogs, including wiggliest butt, best eyes, best costume, cutest and doggy musical chairs. photos by Julie Clements
