Learning more about man's best friend

Marsha Todd read the book she wrote about the life of her therapy dog Cagney at Bradford Memorial Library Thursday afternoon. Todd also talked to the children about safely approaching strange dogs and treating all dogs with respect. For the past 10 years, Cagney has worked as a therapy dog in Wichita's public schools.
