Cats go 3-1 against Clearwater at home

The 8th grade B team came out fighting against Clearwater Thursday night and beat them in two games 25-19 and 25-9.

Amber Henley scored 16 points for the team on serves and Jessica Johnson scored 8. Emily Domke led the team in kills with 3 and Johnson also had one.

The 8th grade A team was defeated in two games, losing 20-25 and 12-25.

Leading scorer was Caedyn Reinhardt with 7 on serves and 3 kills. She was followed by Kylea McArdle with one.

In 7th grade action the Cats A team defeated Clearwater 25-11 and 25-9.

Hollie Gregg led scorers with 9 points and Chelsie Meyer followed with 7.

The 7th grade B team was victorious as well winning 25-19 and 25-14.

Allyson Skillman and Rianne Showalter led with 7 points each.

The Cats play next on Oct. 4 at Rose Hill.
