Cats hit the road to battle it out with Rose Hill

The El Dorado middle school volleyball teams travelled to Rose Hill on Thursday.

The El Dorado 8th grade B team defeated Rose Hill in three games scoring 25-23, 25-27, and 17-15.

Lexi Garcia and Hannah Doolittle led in serves each scoring seven. Abigail Connor had two kills, followed by Maddison Yager with one.

The 8th grade A team lost in two games 24-26 and 17-25.

Kylea McArdle led in serves scoring five. McArdle also had two kills. Caedyn Reinhardt and Sydney Harper each had one.

The Cats 7th grade A team fought hard and lost a three game match going 25-15 25-18 and 8-15.

The leading scorer was Meadow Gray and Hollie Gregg with 7 points each.

The 7th grade B Team fell in three tough games as well going 25-20, 26-24 and 13-15.

The leading scorer was Taylor Brock with 7 points.

The Cats will be back on the court this Thursday when they host Wellington.
