  • Hoyt trial to start Monday if no plea agreement reached

  • An offered plea agreement to Jacob Hoyt in the first degree murder charge of Loyce Cody has led to the scheduling of a final pre-trial hearing Friday before his jury trial would get underway Monday morning.
