Remington girls handle Bennington
The Lady Broncos defeated Bennington 45-31 on Friday.
The Broncos jumped out to a 25-16 lead after the first half and used a 16-6 third quarter to pull away with the win.
Kylee Schunn had 15 points and Kristyn Wedel had 8 points for the Broncos.
Nicole Minder had 7 points and Megan McNeill, Lindsay Bevan and Rachelle Thiessen each scored 4 points.
Kaylee Laham added three points.
Remington boys fall to Bennington
Bennington handled the Broncos on their home floor for a 69-40 victory.
Bennington stormed out to a 20-4 lead after a quarter and continued to score, taking a 42-23 lead over the Broncos into halftime.
Bennington outscored Remington 27-17 in the second half to coast to a big victory.
Caleb Tanner led the Broncos with 24 points. Grant Claassen had 5 points, Kyle Regier had 4 points and Logan Schrag had 3 points.
Lady T-Birds grab win versus Sedgwick
Circle grabbed a 15-9 lead in the first quarter and maintained it to the final whistle in a 32-27 victory over Sedgwick.
The T-Birds went up 23-16 at halftime but saw their lead trimmed at 27-24 heading into the fourth.
Circle allowed only 3 points in the final frame to grab the win.
The T-Birds were led by Jacy Gibbs with 11 points. Jamie Wright and Kate Wilson had 7 points each. Alexis Wiebe added 5 points.
Lady Mustangs fall to Udall
The Lady Mustangs were beaten by Udall 52-18 Friday.
Udall took a 27-12 lead over the Mustangs in the first half.
Udall then outscored Flinthills 25-6 in the second half to run away with the victory.
Bayler Reiswig led with 6 points, 3 rebounds and two assists. Amanda Bell 6 points and 7 rebounds.
Johnna Nystrom had 4 points and Jamie Bell added two points.
Udall drops Flinthills 70-33
The Mustangs fell to 2-6 on Friday losing to Udall at home.
A 22-4 second quarter helped Udall to a 41-12 lead at halftime.
Udall outscored Flinthills 29-21 in the second half to pace the Mustangs to victory.
Clay Oates led the Mustangs with 9 points. Brenton Nelson had 8 points. Barrett Simon dropped in 7 points.
Colton Allemand had 4 points and pulled down 7 rebounds for the Mustangs.
Michael Hinnen had 3 points before injury.
