Community Health Needs Assessment survey begins

In order to gauge the overall community health needs, Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital is working together with the Butler County Health Department and South Central Mental Health to conduct a community wide health needs assessment. This assessment survey tool is being mailed out late this week and should provide a number of benefits for the community as a whole.
