A two-vehicle accident injured one Wednesday morning. The accident occurred at 9:41 a.m. at Highway 400 and Bluestem Road, according to the report.
Jodie Laidler, 38, of Leon, was stopped in her 1994 Chevy pickup on Highway 400 waiting for traffic to clear so she could turn north onto Bluestem Road, according to the report. Kenneth Spivey, 81, of Leon, was eastbound on Highway 400 in his 1999 Ford pickup and struck the rear of Laidler’s vehicle. Spivey received minor injuries and was transported by Butler County EMS to Wesley Medical Center.
