Accident injures two Wednesday afternoon

Around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday an accident involving a 2008 Toyota station wagon and a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle occurred 1 1/2 miles east of Andover on Hwy. 54.

The station wagon, driven by Dale Anderson, 37, of Oil City, Pa., was stopped in the left westbound lane of Hwy. 54.

A motorcycle, driven by Daryl Demain, 44, of Mulvane, was also westbound and rear ended the parked station wagon.

Both drivers were taken to Wesley Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
