Butler County Sheriff Craig Murphy said Regan Wheeler, the 14 year old Wichita girl involved in the golf cart accident at Fox Lake, has died.
The sheriff stated he does not expect any type of criminal charges to filed. He has not been given any information of any criminal intent being involved in the accident.
Murphy said he believes this is one of those sad tragic accidents that can happen to anyone.
