OBITUARY - Kenneth K. Williams

Kenneth K. Williams, 78, of Augusta, died Monday morning at his home. Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home.

Kenneth was born in Udall, Kan., Dec. 9, 1931. He graduated from the Udall High School. He has lived all his life in Butler County. He worked 44 years for Raytheon and retired in 1994. After his retirement he loved to use his wonderful carpentry skills and buy houses and fix them up.

Survivors include: his companion and caregiver, Edith Smith of the home; sons, Claude Couey of Benton, Steve Couey of Hill City and Craig Couey of Towanda; brother, Ramon Williams of Atlanta, Kansas; eight grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren.
