OBITUARY: Hazel L. Lister

Hazel L. Lister, 104, former school teacher, retired Cessna Aircraft and United Transportation Union executive secretary, passed away Monday, Aug. 30, 2010.

Celebration of life services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Margaret Holl Chapel, Wichita Presbyterian Manor, 4700 W. 13th St. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenn; and sisters, Leathie Hill Falk and Lela M. Turner.

Survivors include: numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Hazel enjoyed reading, nature and people, but music dominated her life.

She performed in the First Presbyterian Church choir for years and loved to play the piano for her fellow residents of the Wichita Presbyterian Manor.
