Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Valoise Angle Phinney, 94, peacefully passed away in Seattle, Wash., on Nov. 27, 2009.
The daughter of long-time El Dorado residents, Georgia Mae and Harry Angle, she was a graduate of El Dorado High School and El Dorado Jr. College.
