The following two quotes were taken from The Wichita Eagle. 1. "Senator Sam Brownback's net worth was between 3 and 4 million dollars." 2. "Senator Brownback spent more that $21.000, dollars of tax payers’ money to go to "Rev. Jerry Fawell's Birthday Party": Now if that ain't stealing well, way down jonder in New Mexico. The Governor of South Carolina was given a dozen citations for spending tax payers money for personal use. Why not Brownback?
Personal conversations I had with legislators told me they considered him a spender. Does this make him conservative or a liberal? I consider myself a very conservative Republican and will not support Sen. Brownback. Is this the kind of person we want for a Kansas governor. Thing about it.
