Dear Editor,
On Christmas Day volunteers of the 4-Wheel Drive Emergency Relief delivered Meals on Wheels to help the 'regulars' who were compromised by inclement weather. The following Thursday the regular group met as do many throughout the week and delivered warm meals. Saturday my wife Alexandra and I were at the Civic Center to help package meals for the Haitian people. There were hundreds of people generously and tirelessly working for others. We both had tears in our eyes to see, and be a part of, such kindness. What a great community we have!
