Dear Editor,
Memorial Day 2009...a time to remember those fallen heroes and still they fall, so we can be America! Land of the Free!
The plaintive notes of a lone bugler playing TAPS as another hero is laid to rest and delivered into the arms of our merciful Creator God for eternity.
Our American Legion and VFW dedicated havens for those who have served. Lighthouses in our U.S. of A. standing ready to serve should always be inspiration for America.
